How do I get to Asakusa View Hotel from the airport?

We do not have a courtesy shuttle bus service from Narita or Haneda Airport. Please take the airport limousine buses.

The fast, comfortable ""Skyliner"" is available from Narita Airport.

How do I get to Asakusa View Hotel ANNEX ROKKU from Tokyo Station?

By Taxi: Tokyo Station Yaesu Gate > About 20 min (2,500yen) > Asakusa View Hotel ANNEX ROKKU By Train: Tokyo Station Platform No.3 or 4 (Yamanote Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line) > 4 min Akihabara Station > Walk about 5 min to transfer to Tsukuba Express >5 min Asakusa Station > 3 min on foot > Asakusa View Hotel ANNEX ROKKU

Do you allow early check in and late check out?

Our standard check-in time is 3:00pm(15:00) and check-out is 11:00am(11:00).
We accept early check in or late check out based on availability for an additional charge equal to the full room rate.

Are there rates for children?

No charge will be applied to children aged up to six who do not require a separate bed. An extra bed will result in an additional charge equal to the full room rate for an adult.
We are not able to join two twin beds for you and your child to sleep together. Instead, we will move one bed as close to the wall as possible. (There will still be a little gap between the wall and the bed.) Bed guards are available with no charge on a first-come-first-serve basis. (The stock is limited. Please make a reservation in advance.)
Baby cribs are available with no charge (for babies and infants who are getting past the crawling stage. Please make a reservation in advance.)
Child “YUKATA”, casual cotton kimonos (103cm/3 feet and 4.55 inches in length) are available on a first-come- first-served basis. The stock is limited.
We do not provide in-room amenities (slippers, toothbrushes etc.) except “YUKATA”, casual cotton kimonos for lounge or sleep wear. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Do you offer Internet service in the guest rooms?

All the guest rooms are provided with free Wi-Fi.

Are all the guest rooms non-smoking?

All guest rooms are non-smoking. A smoking room is located on the 2 nd floor.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes. We have 10.

Do you issue a reservation confirmation?

Please ask by e-mail etc. if you need one.

What is your cancellation policy?

One day prior to the check-in date: 20% of the room rate.
The day of the check-in date: 80% of the room rate.
No Show: 100% of the room rate.

Can you hold my luggage before I check in or after I check out?

If you want to leave your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out, complimentary coin-operated lockers are available only for our hotel guests on the 2nd floor.

Can you tell me about the accommodation tax in Tokyo?

100yen for rooms from 10,000yen to 14,999yen/guest and one night.
200yen for rooms 15,000yen or more/guest and one night.
