Our standard check-in time is 3:00pm(15:00) and check-out is 12:00am(12:00).
We accept early check in or late check out based on availability for an additional charge equal to the full room rate.
If requested before 10:00 am, they will be ready by 7:00 pm.
If requested after 10:00 am and before 2:00 pm, they will be ready by 7:00 pm with a 50% additional charge.

No charge will be applied to children aged up to six who do not require a separate bed. An extra bed will result in an additional charge equal to the full room rate for an adult.
We are not able to join two twin beds for you and your child to sleep together. Instead, we will move one bed as close to the wall as possible. (There will still be a little gap between the wall and the bed.)
Bed guards are available with no charge on a first-come-first-serve basis. (The stock is limited. Please make a reservation in advance.)
Baby cribs are available with no charge (for babies and infants who are getting past the crawling stage. Please make a reservation in advance.)
Child “YUKATA”, casual cotton kimonos (103cm/3 feet and 4.55 inches in length) are available on a first-come- first-served basis. The stock is limited.
We do not provide in-room amenities (slippers, toothbrushes etc.) except “YUKATA”, casual cotton kimonos for lounge or sleep wear. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
We provide all the guest rooms with free Wi-Fi for you to connect to the Internet through your wireless LAN devices.
Also a LAN cable is available in all the guest rooms for your convenience.
* We rent a personal computer for 1,200yen/day. Please make a reservation in advance.
We have smoking and non-smoking rooms on separate floors.
We also have a smoking room near the lobby on the first floor, which is open for 24 hours.
We do not offer connecting rooms. However, we can offer you close rooms depending on the room type.
