Request Regarding the Use of Mobile Batteries

In recent years, there have been reports of smoke and fires caused by mobile batteries both in Japan and overseas.
To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we ask for your cooperation in observing the following points regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms.

・Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you will be away from your room, such as when going out.
・When charging portable electronic devices from a mobile battery or using the power outlets in your room, please refrain from using it near a window exposed to direct sunlight or on flammable materials such as a bed or sheets.
・When charging, please use the battery in a location where you can always check its status.

Please note that if any of the above conditions are discovered during room cleaning during your stay, staff may move the mobile battery or disable charging to ensure safety. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
