Start your day happy and healthy with breakfast. Breakfast at Karakurenai is buffet style. Why not enjoy dashi broth and freshly prepared hot egg dishes? The soup is made from katsuobushi (bonito flakes) and kombu (kelp), and contains no chemical seasonings.Our egg dishes are prepared in our live kitchen, where they are cooked to order!
Enjoy a buffet-style selection of about 30 Japanese and Western dishes using our special dashi broth, including egg sandwiches, dashi chazuke, dashimaki tamago and udon noodles.
From 3pm to 9pm, a free lounge is available exclusively for hotel guests, serving coffee, tea and soft drinks.
