Our hotel will never contact you via WhatsApp (messaging app), social media, or email regarding your reservation details, such as "some information is missing" or "your reservation will be automatically canceled if you do not update your information within 24 hours."

Regarding this matter, we have requested Booking.com to confirm the situation and conduct an investigation.

Furthermore, our hotel has implemented all necessary security measures.
